ABOUT THE CLINIC

Woodgate Dialysis Centre is a nurse-led satellite dialysis centre run and managed by Diaverum, on behalf of the UHB NHS Trust.
The centre provides dialysis in a modern and comfortable facility, accommodating 24 dialysis stations. All stations are equipped with individual TV screens for patient entertainment during dialysis. We celebrate important dates including birthdays, weddings, seasonal and national events.For the convenience of our patients and their carers, we offer free patient Wi-Fi at our clinics as well as complimentary patient parking and accessible facilities.
Light refreshments are served during dialysis. However, you are free to bring your own snack.
Woodgate Dialysis Centre is open Monday through Saturday, and closed on Sunday, Christmas and New Year Days.
Please be aware that the Dialysis Centre is a no-smoking facility. You are not permitted to smoke or use e-cigarettes on Diaverum facilities.
Woodgate is situated in the southernwestern part of Birmingham, within the metropolitan country of the West Midlands Woodgate has good transport links to Birmingham city centre and motorway links Woodgate Valley County Park is a significant local green space, offering walking trails, horse riding and nature conservation areas.
A few facts about Woodgate
• The area includes remnants of an ancient Roam road, indicating its historical significance dating back to Roman Britain.
• Nearby, Bartley Resevoir was constructed in the 1930's and is a key water supply for Birmingham.
• The area was once part of rural Worcestershire before becoming incorporated into Birmingham during the 20th century expansion of the city.
